The Telephone bomb threat response course is designed to give your staff the skills, knowledge and confidence to deal with any telephone bomb threats they may receive.
Duration: Approx 1.5 hrs (Dependant upon individual company requirements)
Content: The Telephone Bomb Threat Response includes:
- Introduction and Threat – An update on the current threat level to include an explanation of threat levels and who and why a business might be targeted in this way.
- Actions upon receipt of a telephone bomb threat – Recipient behaviour, questioning and paperwork.
Objectives: To provide delgates with the skills, knowledge and confidence to deal with a telephone bomb threat.
Certification
On completion of training, all candidates will receive a T2P certificate of training. Candidates should undergo refresher training regularly to maintain an effective capability.
